Tip 12.
All actors and performers, male and female, should really own some translucent powder to lightly brush on to their face with a powder brush before being captured on camera. Take some with you and apply it in the bathrooms before you go into your audition, there’s nothing more distracting than seeing a shiny forehead or nose on camera. Gentleman, if you are bald then lightly apply this powder to your head as well, you will look much better on camera for it.
 
Tip 48.
If you are being filmed, keep eye contact with the camera at all times when asked to introduce yourself on camera. Looking off camera will lose you points when the video is being watched back later. This is your chance to capture the director’s attention when they watch it back; your eye line to the camera is what is going to draw their attention to you.
 
Tip 69.
Remember what you wore to each audition, if you get asked back for a re-call wear what you wore to your first audition. They liked you in it last time so why risk putting them off by wearing something different.
